- Having worked on a major project in small groups, what have you learned to take with you to future small-group projects?
The most important thing I learned from this project is that communication outside of school is a very important part of the project, using email can be helpful especially if you don't have open work time on a certain day. Being aware of future assignments that are part of the project can also be really helpful, it's able to help with timeliness as well as having more time to improve and revise over the work. The last thing I learned from this project was to try as hard as you can to get your group members to do an equal amount of work, I didn't have to do this at all with my group but I can imagine what it would be like if group members didn't do an equal amount of work.
In future projects, I'll have to improve what I did in this one, I worked well with my group but there were things that I had the opportunity to revise and work on more. In future projects I'll also try to use the same methods of communication as I did in this and I will try to look at the future assignments in the project so that I'm aware of what my group and I will be doing throughout.
